Is working supposed to feel like a break?

I love working this fill-in position.  It's perfect, a couple times a week for less than 6 hours, and even though my body is aching, I still feel so much better to get out of the house for a little while.  Is that bad?  I love the kids, but sometimes this feels so good.  "Free time"...gives me time to think about thinking.

I love the tranquil effect that water has on me.  And the baby loves it too...wow, this is so great.  I wonder why my nephew prefers the spigot to the baby pool?  They are too cute.

I SHOULD be cleaning

When he is sleeping I just want to watch him.  He looks so peaceful there on the bed, quiet and blissful.  I can't believe my daughter is ten years old, I remember watching her sleep like this.  It amazes me that children can be so peaceful...Now, if only he could sleep long enough for me to clean the living room...Hah!  He is awake.

Relaxation station...

It is so nice laying here while he nurses.  I just need to rest my eyes for a moment.  He is drifting off to his nap.  mmmm, this is nice.  Maybe I'll put the blanket over myself just a little.  I really need to clean the kitchen while he is napping...ZZZZZZZZZZZ
